POSITION SUMMARY
Our Client needs a Maintenance Team Engineer who can ensure maintenance and continuous running of equipment, oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs; ensure compliance with safety procedures as well as deal with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
o To ensure maintenance and continuous running of equipment, oversee routine maintenance and organize repairs.
o Supervising engineering and technical staff.
o Ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
o Dealing with emergency and unplanned problems and repairs
o Carrying out inspections.
o Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance.
o Responding to break downs.
o Diagnosing faults.
o Needs to be able to assess conditions of the network and carryout corrective maintenance that ensures there is very little downtime. Goal is to be able to carry out Hotline maintenance.
Performance Profile
The most important performance objective for this position is …
• 30 Day Milestone
o Develop a checklist for inspection that is detailed enough to highlight dangers before they become concerns
o Report root cause analysis of faults to ensure that it can be prevented going forward
o Report state of the network confirming reliability and ability to with stand stress
QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering; Post Graduate degre; NSE, COREN
Experience: More than 7 years increasingly responsible professional (Technical) experience
Competence: Detailed knowledge of the industry; Detailed Knowledge of Operation and maintenance; Optimum resource utilization; Analytical and strong monitoring skills; Trouble shooting skills.
