POSITION SUMMARY
Our client needs a Market Intelligence & Vendor Assessment Analyst who can provide key processes in Market Intelligence, develop tools and reports to monitor performance of marketing activities in the organization, manage monthly marketing forecast process and lead the annual business plan efforts and coordinate or develop appropriate internal and external benchmarking limits for vendors.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
o To provide key processes in Market Intelligence, develop tools and reports to monitor performance of marketing activities in the organisation.
o Coordinate and provide internal and external benchmarking limits for vendors.
o Coordinate and provide internal and external benchmarking limits for vendors.
o Provide the key processes in the market Intelligence including survey matching, market data analysis and stakeholders reporting.
o Translate data into meaningful findings and recommendations.
o Manage monthly marketing forecast process and lead the annual business plan efforts.
o Develop consumer insights, customer life value by various segments and help to design/analyse targeted campaigns.
o Work with marketing team and business intelligence team to develop tools and reports to monitor the performance of marketing programs.
o Identify issues and escalate when necessary in developing the annual plan and ongoing financial forecasts.
o Establish relationships with HR Shared services team, Service Center Managers and Vendor delivery teams.
o Act as key point of contact for marketing managers and champion the analyses required; mine data for critical business insights and communicate findings to organisation.
o Recommend marketing spend allocation through predictive modelling and optimization.
o Coordinate or develop appropriate internal and external benchmarking limits for vendors
o Effectively carry out transactions from request through payment cycle and adding value (Value includes cost savings, improved service delivery, improved performance of PHED network through quality spares, materials and services etc.)
o Must show high level of integrity through entire procurement process

o Support the establishment of Procurement
o Turnaround Time schedule for all activities
QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS)
Qualification:     Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences. A professional certification in Procurement will be added advantage           
Experience:    Five (5) years experiences in similar role preferably in the Energy Sector or in an Engineering company.
Competence:    Problem Solving and Decision Making. Business Planning and Management. Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Experienced with spreadsheets modelling, report creation and trend forecasting.
