POSITION SUMMARY
Our client needs a Centralized Network Operations & Dispatch Co-ordinator who can coordinate and schedule functions to ensure smooth operations of the network system. The Co-ordinator PPAs & Energy Audit is directly responsible for maintaining and controlling of 33kv and 11kv network, advising dispatch personnel on new equipment, technology, and functionality. This role leads to the minimization of energy losses in terms of technical and commercial activities.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
o Responsible for maintaining and controlling of 33kv and 11kv network.
o Coordinate and schedule functions to ensure smooth operations of the Energy Management Centre, also coach and mentor other supervisor. 
o Advise dispatch personnel on new equipment, technology and functionality.
o Effectively interpret the Operational Plan daily
Performance Profile

• 30 Day Milestone
o Demonstrate effective monitoring and control of Operational Plan daily
o Analyse data mined and report on issues around the Operational Plan
o Interpret and determine action plans to deliver safe working space
o Collect data and report periodically
o Demonstrate effective contingency plan adoption to deliver maximized revenue
o Effectively manage the DSO in the distribution of bills monthly
QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS)
Qualification:

A minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. A higher or professional qualification is of advantage.       
Experience:

At least five (5) years experiences ion relevant areas.   
Competence:

Good work ethics, corporate experience and ability to work without supervision. Strong IT background (i.e. use of Microsoft Office applications). Good coordinating, interpersonal and industry intelligence skills.
