POSITION SUMMARY
Our client needs a Performance Management Officer who can consistently monitor and measure performance output. The officer is directly responsible for setting performance standards, providing coaching and feedback, and conducting quarterly performance reviews/assessment of employees, a department, and the organization. This role leads to the establishment of clearly defined standards of performance assessment for the overall development of the organization.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
o Ensuring that goals are consistently being met in an effective and efficient manner.
o Focusing on the performance of an organization, a department, employee, or even the processes to build a product of service, as well as many other areas.
o Serve as the primary performance management system administrator.
o Conduct quarterly performance development discussions.
o Negotiate requirements and accomplishment-based performance standards, outcomes, and measures.
o Provide on-going coaching and feedback.
o Provide promotional/career development opportunities for staff
Performance Profile

• 30 Day Milestone
o Develop performance management frameworks such as performance agreement template, assessment template, standard reporting template across functions
o Regular organization wide HR/performance reporting on monthly and biannual basis
• 90 Day Milestone
o Organize performance meetings and ensure the implementation of action points
o Support each PHED person on scorecards
o Develop appropriate incentive for performance leveraging on PHED Total Reward Strategy
o Run two enterprise-wide appraisal exercise by year end
QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS)
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or Public Administration; or equivalent combination of education. Professional or advanced certification will be added advantage.
Experience: 3 - 5 years experiences in similar role.
Competence: Good technical background. Knowledge of electricity distribution value chain. Very good competences in analytics. Job requires a blend of technical and business knowledge. Experience in configuration, implementation, maintenance and customization of business application packages, specifically HRIS, and similar reporting functions
