POSITION SUMMARY
Our client needs a Learning & Development/Change Management Officer, who can initiate, design, and manages programs/processes to handle employee succession planning, learning needs, and provide coaching team members to minimise resistance to change. The officer is directly responsible for developing programs to provide coaching, mentoring, and other counselling support/training to enhance team effectiveness and to also evaluate the outcome of these programs by providing feedback. This role leads to the establishment of a change management strategy that well aligns with organizational goals.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
o Support the programmes and initiatives by performing talent reviews, succession planning raise development and learning needs, making recommendations to address any gaps.
o Provide coaching in your area of work, including counsellor support/training, performance management, feedback, on-boarding, mentoring, and team effectiveness.
o Help design and develop programs/processes, by building on past practices, consulting input and experience.
o Help analyse the effectiveness of programs/processes, by providing input to, and evaluating feedback from, surveys, interviews and metrics.
o Analyse programs to confirm they align to organizational strategy and goals.
o Provide coaching in your area of work, including counsellor support/training, performance management, feedback, on-boarding, mentoring, and team effectiveness.
o Recommend adjustments to programs/processes.

• 30 Day Milestone
o Deploy a best-practice sharing and work collaboration module across core functional areas (Customer Service, Revenue Protection, field operations)
o Build database of training providers and internal faculties per functional area
o Review existing training models per functional area and determine its propriety.
o Develop & standardize training contents for all in-house and in-plant programmes
• 90 Day Milestone
o Develop internal training faculties (Train-the-trainer program)
o Establish  both virtual and physical libraries
o Automate key L & D frameworks viz: establish HCM e-Learning Portal; online certification projects
o Implement culture drive on 4 themes by Q4 2015
QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS)
Qualification:     A good first degree; CIPM, GBHR, CIPD
Experience:    3 - 5 years experiences in a corporate or business setting, preferably in human resources, personnel or administration      
Competence:    Design of organisational training strategy and plan to meet training and development needs, manage training
delivery and assessment; ability to design training courses and programmes necessary to meet training needs, or
manage this activity via external providers.
