We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Lagos
Role
Office Admin/Receptionist Job Duties
:
  • Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
  • Maintaining security by following procedures; monitoring logbook
  • Maintaining telecommunication system by following manufacturer's instructions for house phone and console operation.
  • Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Providing filing and Finance admin support as directed by office manager
Other Duties
  • Dealing with various other issues as they arise (including telephone and mechanical)
  • Ad hoc duties as directed by Office Manager and Snr Development Manager
Person specification
  • Education up to Degree level at a reputable University
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Minimum of three (3) years' experience in an office environment
Availability:
Start immediately on a temp to perm basis.
