• Develop regional business plans
• Develop fund activity plans
• Ensure effective implementation of the company model
• Provide direction to the country offices
• Develop partnerships and attract new business
• Develop policies and procedures for efficency
• Be an advisor to the senior leadership team
Desired Skills and Experience
• 10 years management experience
• Investment and SME experience
• Advanced degree - MBA preferably
