Job description
Manager, Deepening & Portfolio Management [Priority & personal Banking] - B6
• Responsible for leading and executing a systematic portfolio management to enhance capability and consistency in client management through portfolio discipline.
• Providing a framework for leads management and portfolio effectiveness
• The job holder will be responsible for the competitor benchmarking, customer research, offer development, program management, service and franchise management that support the segment strategy and value proposition.
• Lead deepening initiatives by analyzing existing portfolio and driving contact management quality to increase revenue of existing to bank (ETB) clients to deepen client relationships
• Design effective approaches to drive online channel usage and to effectively manage client-led requests for successful conversion
• Collaborate with Client Relationship team on client coverage model standards
• Co-ordinate the cross border referral process
• The resource would be hands on management of the personal banking segment by ensuring effective leads generation, customer engagement scripts, tracking for quality and conversion rate of leads availed.
Job Requirements
In compliance with the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Act of 2004, all applicants should ensure that they have completed the mandatory NYSC programme. A discharge certificate will be required as evidence of completion of the programme. Where an exemption has been granted, a certificate of exemption will also be required.
