POSITION SUMMARY
Our client needs an Administrative Head who can manage assigned departments to ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and standards. The Head, Administration is directly responsible for all aspects of human resources leadership and support, maintain high performance work environment through consistent supervision, and team leadership. This role leads to the minimization of energy losses in terms of technical and commercial activities.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
o Responsible for all aspects of human resources leadership and support. Work with the different business leaders to establish an HR delivery model that will support the country operations.
o Develop and maintain a high performance work environment consistent with the company vision, values and culture and provide leadership.
o Determines and implements short and long-term strategies needed to support Company’s goals and plans.
o Provides direction to assigned departments through objectives and programs in conjunction with goals set by the Chief People Officer and Board of Directors.
o Manages assigned departments to ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards.
o Provides direction in the development and implementation of Company’s administrative policies and organizational structures.
o Coordinates the development of the annual budget for assigned departments.
o Performs as an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team to ensure effective interfaces and integration of activities with other organizational units.
o Represents the Company in various capacities as assigned
o To manage all PHED property to improve standards of cleanliness and reduce costs by 10% YoY
Performance Profile

• 30 Day Milestone
o Develop a plan to manage existing property to improve safety and provide a conducive work environment for employees
• 90 Day Milestone
o Improve management of logistics with regards to movement of people and goods
o Manage all leasing arrangements for property and ensure reduction of costs by 10% YoY
o Improve management of accommodation of guests through hotels and guest houses
QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS)
Qualification: Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering or a related discipline. Master in Business Administration preferred. NIM, Certified Administrative Professional.           
Experience: Ten (10) years experiences in relevant functions with at least five years in managing Administration function.
Competence:  Strong financial cost and budgetary acumen. Proficient in IT. Ability to plan and work with estimated budget. Continuous improvement focus. Possess strong decision and planning skills. Conflict management and ability to negotiate with unions.
