POSITION SUMMARY
Our client needs a Co-ordinator who can ensure accurate readings to minimise losses. The Co-ordinator PPAs & Energy Audit is directly responsible for planning, directing and implementing initiatives to ensure that all meters are correctly connected and functioning properly. This role leads to the minimization of energy losses in terms of technical and commercial activities.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
o Plan, direct and implement initiatives to minimise losses in terms of Technical & Commercial and the activities related to Energy Audit.
o Take readings at distribution transformers and the customer’s meter.
o Carry out investigation in cases of energy losses.
o Ensure that the readings are same with that of energy accountant to avoid losses.
o Needs to convert energy acquired and distributed into financial terms.
o Ensure that the readings from the customers meter are accurate.
o Ensure that all meters are correctly connected and functioning properly.
o Carry out investigation in cases of energy losses.
Performance Profile
The most important performance objective for this position is …
• 30 Day Milestone
o Determine where meters can be installed to measure energy use in order to identify gaps.
o Support debt management process to address N300m monthly recovery drive
o Source for Energy and identify value users to distribute to
QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS)
Qualification: Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering. Bachelor’s degree in business or science related discipline Finance, economics, engineering, or sciences preferred). Post Graduate degree in related field or business management would be an advantage
Experience: 7 - 10 years professional experience in relevant areas.
Competence: Knowledge of industry principles on energy audit. Communication with other DISCOs across Nigeria. Analytical skills. Influencing, persuasion and decision making skills.
