Job description
Baker Hughes
is currently seeking a Sales Manager for its Upstream Chemical operations in
Nigeria. This position requires constant availability to service client needs
and enthusiasm to create new market opportunities. This creates a competitive
sales career for motivated individuals interested in working in a diverse work environment
within the successful Oil and Gas services industry.
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Will travel to client sites to
assess customer need and provide world-class sales and service
·
As a
technical sales representative, this person will be directly responsible for
serving assigned clients
·
Tracking
& documentation of pertinent information using computerized reporting and
communications
·
Sells
products and services to existing or new customers
·
Manages smaller
accounts and/or less complex products and services
·
Provides
sales support
· Handles special projects, as
assigned
ESSENTIAL
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENT
· Minimum of 10 years experience in
Upstream Chemicals
·
Minimum of 8
years experience in a Technical Sales role
·
Bachelors
Degree in a related discipline
·
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
·
Strong
Interpersonal skills
·
Must be an
enthusiastic and energetic self-starter who is able to work independently
·
Must have
customer service mindset
