POSITION SUMMARY:
Our client needs a Business Service Manager who can will supervise and maintain normal routine activities of service centers. The Business Service Manager is directly responsible for working with business units to supervise team members, identify business requirements, and process supply requisitions. This role leads to the delivery of quality solutions.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• To operate and maintain the normal routine of the Service Center with respect to payroll, clerical personnel, miscellaneous expenditures, central supply, and maintenance of the office; serves as Orientation Coordinator.
• Responsible for working with business units, stakeholders and other team members to identify and understand highly complex business requirements and processes in order to recommend and support the delivery of quality solutions.
• Supervises Business Services Specialist and staff to include assisting with hiring/termination, performance evaluations, and corrective action.
• Validates, compares to order and sends to procurement.
• Completes full inventory annually or as requested.
• Processes supply requisitions.
• Acts as a public and company liaison to the GM, Business Unit or designee; serves as requested
• Provide excellent technical services to the customer. Monitor and repairs the network to ensure power supply daily as directed

• Ensure 100% bill distribution and 100% of current month collections
• Ensure 100% disconnection and reconnection as required   
QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS):
Qualification:
   
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Social Sciences. An MBA or a related professional certification will be added advantage.   
Experience:     
7 - 10 years experiences in Business Development, Relationship Management, or Project Management. At least 3 years in a management or leading role.              
Competence:   
Knowledge or background in Energy Sector or Engineering Company is required
